Refund policy

 

As a small business, I stand by my products. If you have received a damaged piece, we will replace it for you, covering all shipping and processing fees.

If you need to exchange your item or are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, we offer refunds and exchanges. The piece must be in its original condition and returned within 21 days of its purchase date. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back to Poppy and Honey Bee. To initiate your return, please contact us here. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and next steps.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Any item that is returned more than 21 days after its original purchase date

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, the original must be returned and the new item purchased separately. You can place your new order either before or after the return is received and refunded, depending on how quickly you want the replacement.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
